pop up headlights
my headlights on my 2000 coupe stopped popping up. figured it might be a relay but tried to raise them manually using an allen wrench. turned it clockwise and counterclockwise and nothing happened. But when I turned switch to raise and lower lights,,,,boom,,,they popped up but when I shut them off, they lowered but the motor runs on for about 5 seconds before shutting off.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. The sound the motor makes is loud when I shut the lights off.
