Default Track Day Water Leak?

Some wise sage advice on the following would be welcome!

I took my 2000 C5 to the track Sunday and as I started to turn the car hard around the track I began to get water pouring on my legs. My passenger also got a significant amount of water on his legs. I stopped, check to see that the leak was only water and went back on the track. The amount of water that continued to pour on my legs was amazing! Eventually the car's electronics started going nuts throwing every code it could: Engine power reduced, No Fuel, Service traction control system. So I pulled over again, cranked the heater and the codes cleared. The car was fine for the rest of the day.

The only two things that I could think of are as follows:

1. More than six weeks ago I washed the car. Perhaps water found its way to some place under the dash and only poured out under the hard turning.

2. A few weeks ago I cleaned the windshield. When I want to get the glass really clean I cranked the defroster for about 10 minutes and let the window get nice and hot.

Any advice would be welcome... I am perplexed!

Dave

There are rubber udders (more like nipples) on both sides of the car on the bottom side of the cowl by the firewall. They allow water that runs into the cowl to drain. Water can get into the interior if these are plugged.

Sounds like the A/C drain might be clogged, condensation has no where to go so it builds up in the heater box and escapes as it slushes around on hard turns. Maybe it leaked onto the BCM causing trouble codes.
