High Beams Not Working

High Beams Not Working
Completed the HID switch with new housings and installed HIR highs in place of the OEM highs. Now only, one side of my high beams will fire (passenger side).
Bulbs have been checked, wiring harness has been checked and I even bypassed the HID harness and pluged the OEM connector into the bulb with negative results. Pretty lost.
I searched, but is there a specific fuse/relay/etc I may have blown during the install? It's pretty puzzling because nothing is really touched with the high beams during this. They did work before.
