Induction/Warranty Question
I have a 2001 Z06 with the extended 5 year/ 50,000 mile warranty. Will adding any one of the performance intakes void my warranty? I am very concerned about this. Are there any that are factory approved? I like the Breathless Vortex, but the RM model claims to be supported by the GM warranty. I do not totally care which one gives me the most HP as they are all realistically within 1 HP of eachother.

Every dealer has an opinion on it, no mod simply voids and entire warranty. If you put a intake on and a dealer gives you problems, simply put the OEM back on for them to do the work.

If you use the Vortex system though you have to cut the shroud? Is this system that much better than the non-cold air systems? Why not just hang the a K&N off the MAF housing?
