For what it's worth
For what's it worth concerning these codes, PO 171/174. 98 C5 with only 34K, I started getting these these gremlin codes. After much drilling down via this great site, my final fix was to clean the MAF with the appropriate cleaner. It doesn't take much of a build up. After this procedure (not brain surgery) Idle was much smoother, mileage improvement and no codes.
