no dash lights?
They won't come on with the headlights? But when I turn off the car and get out they come on then time off.
They use to come on if I slapped the dash at night hahaha. ..
It's not a fuse, I have removed the cluster before to add custom bezels...

What happens if you turn on the lights, and then roll the dash light dimmer **** on the dash all the way one way and then the other? It may be pushed in, it's spring loaded so that if you push it in and release it will pop out so you can adjust the brightness.
