Ok so the first issue that had was the car going into Reduced Engine Power Mode, which after trying a few things it ended up needing a new TAC Module. Fixed it right up. After we got it out of reduced engine power mode i drove the car to Texas, which it did fine, but on the way back to MS it started throwing a misfire code and would run terrrible at low rpms but clear up in the upper rpms. So after making it home I found it was throwing 02 sensor codes also. I replaced both 02 sensors with no change, and even swapped throttle bodys from ls6 to a ported ls2 tb thinking my tb may be bad, and replaced all my spark plugs as well. The car now will drive ok cruising but still start misfiring radomly at times and i have to press in the clutch, clear it out, then it drives fine again. Apparently its reading the 02s sometimes and sometimes it isnt. The check engine light will come on and stays on most of the time but goes off every now and again for a little while. Car feels like it has a bit of loss of power also. Cant figure out why it builds up fuel like it does alot of times, why it likes to stay revved up at like 1500-1800 rpms until you come to a dead stop, what else could be causing the misfire codes and loss of power. Any help is greatly appreciated. The car is a 02 Z06 with a TSP LS3 427 setup.
I have then written down I'll have to post them when I get back to my car. I'm offshore at the moment. I know it's an o2 code and a cylinder misfire code but I'll post actual codes asap.

You will need a handheld scanner to determine which cylinder is misfiring. One of the few things the dic can't tell you.
Are you sure you had misfire codes? These are O2, Knock sensor, and fuel sender and do not relate to your described issue. Are these H, C, or H C codes?

They are all C codes. The misfire code didn't show up this time when I pulled them. That code comes and goes as does the misfire when I have to press in clutch and rev a few times to make it stop cutting out.

Get a scanner that shows you long/short term fuel trims and misfire counts by cylinder (a $200 Actron will do this). See if the Fuel Trims look good and which cylinder(s) may be getting excessive misfires. ALL cylinders misfire, if the count/unit time exceed a pre-programmed threshold, it triggers te CEL.
Are you sure tha you dont have a vacuum leak???????????/ Sure sounds like it. Check all pipe and coupling between the MAF and TB. Check all the vacuum lines especially the PCV lines and fittings.
How did you switch between an LS6 TB and a LS2 TB???? They have completely different bolt patterens and opening diameters.
