got a couple cracks on my double din bezel and since its currently removed I was going to try and repair it. Anyone here have previous experience with that? is there a specific body filler or epoxy that is needed to repair the cracks? I am going to wrap the bezel after its repaired with 3m carbon fiber wrap so I just want to start with a smooth surface before I start the wrap. thanks for the help guys.

I haven't had any repair experience yet on my bezel yet but I would imagine that you could use a fiberglass epoxy or most any epoxy (even a quick-set) that would allow you to sand it once it sets. You could then easily cover it with the wrap. Also, I know the body filler would probably work too since it's just cracked but you wouldn't get any real support from body filler and you want this repair to last. I'm sure there are others here with much more experience in this area than me that will post excellent help for you. GL with it.
How are you getting the 3m to stay on? I tried two different shops and they said due to the texture it wouldn't work and it kept bubbling up on one that tried. I was thinking about sanding it?
Yes I started with the doors because they were smaller but I sanded them smooth cleaned them real good and applied the 3m with a little help from a heat gun where needed. It's sticking so far but the real test will be in the summertime.***edit if I do wrap the entire console I will be investing in the 3m adhesion promoter just because I don't want to have to do it twice.
