In the past few years I have installed a set of catted headers, a Varam twin cone intake, new suspension, and a tune from ECS. In an effort to gain more HP I started looking around at installing an LS6 intake and throttle body only to find out that my 02 already has them.
So, the question...what's next? Don't want to lose it's drivability or reliability and if money was no object,( it is) , I would go super charger and be done .Maybe I will hit the lottery soon...
Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you.
Ron

fast intake is a waste of money if you don't have a cam or heads... I would add a small to medium sized cam if you're concerned about driveability... once tuned properly it should drive just fine... if you want to stay n/a after the cam either get some aftermarket cast heads or get some ported 243's and add the fast 92 at that time or afterwards if you can't afford it all at once... if you want to go forced induction after the cam leave the ls6 intake, they are structurally stronger than the fast and once pressurized there really isn't much difference anyway... there are plenty of guys making big power on factory ls6 intakes... the fast being a 3 piece design is prone to cracking when you throw boost at it... a clutch or converter will probably be needed as well whichever way you go

Perfect candidate for a cam.
Headers, check.
Intake, check.
Cam, next.
Heads, when funds permit.
