Ls6 Components

You'd also need your car reprogrammed, at least the rev-limiter raised. A full LS1Edit dyno tune will cost about $500, but will get the most HP out of the mechanical parts.
IMO, because of the labor costs for install and tuning (probably $2000), I wouldn't recommend the stock LS6 parts. Definately not the 2001 stuff, and most likely not the 2002 stuff, unless you are basically getting it for free and know someone who will do the install cheap.

With 2002 LS6 heads, cam, and intake, you'll pay about $1500 for install (a lot more than installing just a cam). You'll still want tuning for $500 and the pulley for $250. Personally I wouldn't do it without doing LT headers, for $1000+$300 install. So that is $3500 plus whatever you are paying for the LS6 heads, cam, and intake manifold. With the headers you could get 370+ rwhp, possibly a bit above 380rwhp, so you'll almost equal the power for an aftermarket cam and stock heads, but it'll cost more (unless you get the Z06 stuff for less than $500).
If you're sure you don't want a more radical cam (which makes more power but has a rougher idle, might not pass emissions, etc) and it's an 02 Z06 the parts are coming off of, then with Andy doing the labor it's not a bad deal.
You should know that it's not gonna break 400rwhp like an aftermarket heads+cam package will, although for the positives it won't idle rough, or be nearly as hard on the valve train.
