Default motor mount install

I see some people lower the front subframe to get the mounts in, and other people are just removing the mount bracket from the subframe and engine and doing it with the subframe untouched. Not sure which way I should try, car currently has the rear subframe out with the trans and diff out of the way. Torque tube still connected to the engine, as are my Kook LTs, plus the X-pipe. Comments/suggestions from anyone who's done either method are welcome.

Mine were done with a little engine jacking and removal of the bracket. Took about an hour on a lift.

I did mine by removing the upper and lower nuts, removing the bracket from the side of the engine, and taking out the assembly as one piece... my headers were out of the car so it was super easy but I figure it could be done with the headers still in the car and be easier than lowering the cradle, either way works it just depends what is easier for you

You should be able to remove the intake manifold and then jack one side of the engine at a time and remove and replace that mount.

Intake is definitely coming out? Not a big deal I guess, just an extra half hour.

What about headers?
