Headlight Help
Both headlights go up and down just fine. However, the passenger light makes a strange sound when start up or when turning off. Sounds last around 10 seconds or so. Anyone have an idea on how to fix?

Sounds like its time to replace the plastic gear in the headlight worm/worm gear drive. Search on C5 headlight gear replacement and you'll find several good sources for a brass gear to replace the plastic/nylon gear. Takes about an hour to perform not counting the time for glue to dry. I just finished both lights - not a big deal. Brass gears are about $45 each. I'd do both at the same time (one at a time) just to get the issue behind you.
