Default LS 7 Clutch

Is anyone running an LS 7 clutch? I done a search and could not find anything.

I'm at 450 RWHP and really don't plan on much more. This is a street car only. The LS 6 clutch is going South.
I would appreciate any help?

Thanks,

I am with a little less power. Works fine and using a tick master. Stiff at first but breaks in or I got used to it.

I have one also at 430 rwhp. It works great for me. No chatter, smooth. Great pedal feel

Default LS 7 Clutch

Thanks for your replies.
What is the weight of the flywheel. Stock or lightened. The LS 7 clutch is heavier than the stock unit and I was thinking of running a lighter weight flywheel.
Any thoughts on this?
Thanks again,

Just changed one. Stock LS6 clutch weighed 49.6 lbs total (pp+disc 26.0 lbs, fw 23.6 lbs).
The LS7 kit weighed 57.2 lbs (pp+disc 30.2 lbs, fw 27.0 lbs).

The only negative thing I've heard about the LS7 clutch is that it's not suitable for drag racing. Monster sell billet steel flywheels if you're worried about the extra weight.

Put a Fidanza LS7 Stg1 clutch and flywheel in a 500WHP S/C C5 and worked great. no problems holding the power.. its a good clutch for the money. Also do a new Slave cyl and make sure its shimmed correctly.
