Default Active handling warming up

I have had that message displayed a couple of times. It goes away I guess after the active handling warmed up. What is going on , what is warming up?

If you live on a road that does nor allow the steering wheel to be pointed straight ahead as you begin to drive you will get the message "warming up" and once the wheel has been straight for long enough to complete the calibration you get the "warm up complete" message. This is Normal operation and you can FORCE the message by starting the car and then driving in a circle.
Thanks for the info. That a relief.
