A4 Tranny for all you "Power Brokers"
The following is an IM regarding A4 trannys for "massaged" LS-1's:

the trans is 2275.00 with what you read and if you plan to make more than 800hp there is front planetary option of 175.00 . We can also set you up with torque converters and shiift points through programing and install if needed have any more questions just give me a call Take Care thanks for the responce
Steve02C5 (6:46 PM 8/8/2002): Thank you for the reply. I've got a MTI H/C car and looking seriously at the Magnacharger which should put me around 470 rwhp and 440 rwtq. Do you think I would need your extreme pkg. or do you offer something for less that would handle my power?
Al @ MMS (10:27 PM 8/9/2002): Hi steve these extreme trannys are can handle up to 700 hp and with the addition of the front planatery about another 100 hp more. Gary brown for example is making less than 400 hp but the car gets launched at track and thats where it all comes to place the hardend output shaft and sunshell are weak in these cars as well as the clutches and thats why they are able to go to the track get great shifts no slippaged and still drive everyday. You are making good power and this trans is someting that i recomend as it sits and right now for members only its 2250 regular price is 2500 without the option. I can have your trans turnaround in less than 5 five days depending how you want to ship please give me a call if you have any questions or so I can give some details.
