Quick wheel sensor question, need to know ASAP
Does a 99 FRC have wheel sensors and are they the same as a 97? I fugured it was faster to ask here. I'm doing a headsa nd cam on a 99 FRC and we're going to swap wheels. It just dawned on me about the sensors. It would be a whole lot easier if they could be swapped out also. I was just hoping someone would have an answer before I left for the shop. Thanks

The sensor is also the valve stem and has a nut that holds it on the rim.

Look in the Tech Tips section, if I remember right you turn the key on, clear your dic, press reset for 5 seconds, go to tire sensor relearn mode and then use a magnet over each sensor location on the wheels, the horn will honk at the end of the sequece, you must do this for each wheel. The dic will tell you which tire to start with first.
