Fuel pressure drop

I have a 2002 Z06 and approximately 4 months ago had a twin turbo kit installed along with several other supporting mods. I have just lost 10 PSI on my fuel pressure gauge which is confirmed on my wideband. Pressure is now 60 PSI, down from 70 PSI. I have a Racetronix fuel pump and harness along with a Kenne Bell Boost A Pump installed. Along with the fuel pressure loss, I now have a high pitch hum from what I believe is the fuel pump. The mods along with the fuel pump probably have less than 500 miles on them. Thinking that I have a fuel pump going out already but would appreciate some second opinions from the vast knowledge out there.
