Ive spent most of the day researching, I have found some information, but still a little confused, and some of the post are outdated and links are dead.
So I have the 5 spoke c6 wheels on my 99 coupe, the previous owner never put spacers to conpensate for the difference in the offset, from the info Ive been finding, a half inch spacer is what I need, now I'm having trouble finding s place online to buy them, I know the bolt pattern but what is the bore size of the hub on the rear of a c5?

You probably have this covered, but don't forget you will need longer wheel bolts as well.
I have those exact 12mm spacers on the rear of my C5 with C6 wheels. If you don't want/need ARP wheel studs, you can buy Dorman 610-323 wheel studs, which are just like OEM, but almost exactly 12mm longer. I also used these lug nuts http://www.brandsport.com/grla-68138l.html to get a little more thread engagement with the spacers, but they're probably not necessary. They fit on the rear only.
I didn't use any spacers on the front, and the car looks great.
