Cheap Air/Fuel recalibrator ?
Saw an item on ebay for a "air fuel recalibrator " description was

It goes on a little further, my question is what could this be that installs in 2 minutes, and could it be worth it? The item # is 1850542678 , I'm not sure about the rules of pasting the link, so you will have to look it up. It seems like a scam to me, but thats why I'm asking.

Sounds like hogwash to me. "this device will lean out your car..."
Every Engine responds differently. You need an adjustable MAF Translator at a minimum to adjust the a/f ratio, or a better way is to use LS1Edit.
You first should diagnose your engines a/f ratio before throwing on a one size fits all device.
