How much drop will removing the front adjusters net
The car is going for a little one mile fun run next weekend at Mojave
I need to put more rake in and since the stock adjusters are bottomed out figured I'd pullem just for the runs.
Unless there is no reason to do so.
When I bought mine they were removed. Handled OK but rough ride. I would put a piece of rubber under the spring to protect it, but that is just my thought.
As long as you don't mind the shock bottoming the suspension on the bump stops and cause of the rough ride, you could get away with it. However, all the owners who autocross or HPDE a stock C5 Corvette would run with about 1/2" lower from stock ride height. You need about 1/4 rake measured at the frame shipping slots for high speed stability. If you change to coil-over shocks then you can safely lower the car for max handling. Myself, I put 90% of my miles autocrossing and HPDE and prefer to run the vette above the bump stops.

This event is the Mojave Mile in kali. The ride quality for two or three one mile runs is not a factor at this point.
I'm looking to get the nose down and force air around the sides rather than under the car.
Since the front adjusters are bottomed out, the choices are raise the tail or drop the nose.
I'm thinking the air will push the nose down, and maybe no change is necessary.

I'd like to hit the tech speed at 175.
Those adjusters are for balancing the weight of the car on all four tires. Having the nose of the car down like you have indicated will place more weight to the front tires and less to the rear. Not good for braking balancing, and handling thru turns. If you want to push air up over the car, consider using spoilers and wings as do some of the high speed race cars utilize.
