I have a question. I'm doing a heads, cam, and intake on my 99FRC. It has headers and a vararam. Stock otherwise.
I'm doing a MS4 cam with a set of ported 862 heads and an LS6 intake. Would it be worth any power to add an LS2 TB or should I just stick with the stock 99 LS1 piece? The car will be tuned after the build.

well the ls2 tb is a 4 bolt whereas the ls6 is a 3 bolt so that won't work unless you have an ls2 intake snout epoxied onto the ls6 intake... if you are going with a fast intake then you will have to use an ls2 or aftermarket 4 bolt tb, unless you get an old fast 78mm which I believe will accept a stock tb
