I thought that the F-body LS1 was the same as the Vette LS1 except the airbox and the exhaust manifolds. If the F-body uses an EGR valve then something else must be different, like the intake manifold.

I don't know if 2001+ f-bodies have EGR. It doesn't seem like it, since I know all car LS1s have the LS6 intake manifold now, and if there was an LS6 with an EGR port, then SLP wouldn't have to mod an LS6 intake manifold to retrofit to older f-bodies.
