Just had the dealer install C6 (not Z06) shocks on my 01 Vert. No specific year of shocks was specified. I must say they have worked out great.

I just installed a set of c6 shocks off of a 2010 G/S and they changed the ride of my car so much for the better. They had 4000 miles on them when I purchased and installed them. Go for it you will love them. I believe any c6 shocks will fit your car 2005 through 2013.

Any year will work but you'll want to use the C6 Z06 shocks from the 2013 since they are the best bang for the buck. You can order them on our website at the link below.

Yeah. I think I gained like 1/2" if I recall correctly. My originals had about 85k or so on them and were in need of replacement. They worked fine but you could tell they were getting to the end of their usefully life. I think the additional height was due to being new shocks. I assume it now sits as high as it did from the factory.

While you are under the car, I recommend that you also change the sway bar end links if you have the PLASTIC ONES. Gene has a good deal on the metal replacements.

I would like to add the C6 Z06 shocks also. I just received my Z51 sway bars and links. I have the F45 shocks with active handling. What will I need to do about the electronics?

The C6 ZO6 shocks are a 100% bolt in UP-GRADE. ZERO issues!

You will need to purchase a BIG crow bar. It use is to pry the GRIN off your face after the first ride!
