Ac blower issue

Ac blower issue
So ac blower stopped working today. Turned on the ac, smelled kinda funny but worked right. Drove about 40 miles and it still worked fine. Turned off the car for a bit started it back up and didn't blow hard anymore. Could it be the fuse?

The HVAC FAN is controlled by a seperate digital controller. They sometimes burn out and require replacment. YES they are expensive.
The FAN connects to the controller. Look for the fan in the passengers foot well and you will find the controller. It mounts to the undersid of the air box.
I took one that burned up apert and found the circuit traces burnaed off the board:
