Manually raise them and then see if they will go down.

When you say you checked fuses it would help us if you told what fuses and whether you actually tested them or not.

I actually checked each fuse in both fuse boxes with a tester especially#44 under the hood and#6 in the passenger kick panel, checked the grounds they all are in great shape so I'm just looking for new things to check.

Just to make sure I'm clear, is it both doors will not move or just the passenger side?

Also did you actually verify you had power "at" the HL module and not just that fuses 3 and 4 are good?

If the HLs come on I doubt it is the MF switch but I'm not ready to rule it out yet.

If you have Twilight Sentinel turn it ON and cover the light sensor in the Defrost vent in front of the driver. That would be a helpful diagnostic. In this case the MF HL switch would be in the OFF position.

Hopefully it is not the BCM.

I can provide the schematics if you need to get serious with chasing the wiring and connectors.

Mr. Sam

Thanks Mr Sam I did as you said and nothing ,To clarify yes it is both doors and I checked the leads at the headlight module and even changed the module itself twice just to be sure since it was a used module,i've checked the grounds they are in great shape. All fuses look good I'm totally at a loss

Too bad you don't have TS to use.

The HL gets the "ON" signal by the IPC applying 12 V to the HL module using the White wire.

You can try and see if they will work by applying 12V to that White wire at the module.

Based on what happens we can proceed from there.

The IPC Dimmer switch provides that White wire input. Weird, but that is what the schematics show.

Default Didn't open, then worked...

I'm interested in hearing more about opening them manually, then turning on and off. My didn't open tonight, so I cranked them open, then turned the switch back off and they closed perfectly and have worked properly another ten times... Do they get out of synch or something?

That would tell me you have a module problem with both of them. If that is all you changed and one did nothing and the other did the opposite. That would seem to rule out the MF switch feed and the IPC dimmer switch feed.
