Default Early 03 C5 Fuel System Problem

So last fall my car started to run out of fuel at around 100-150 miles and when I would fill up the tank it would only take 4-5 gallons. After doing some research I thought it would be the siphon pump so I ordered up a new one to put in. When I took the fuel lines off the siphon pump appears to be doing its job as the fuel drained out of the tank. I did replace it just because I had the new one, but I don't think that it was the problem. I still have the car on the jack stands and wanted to check out anything else it might before putting it down. Anyone else have thoughts on what it could be? Should I be able to blow out the lines to check for anything that might be obstructing it? Could it be something on the drivers sending unit? Any thoughts?

When you say "run out of fuel", do you mean the car stalls due to no fuel or that the fuel gage drops to zero?

Did you pull your codes to know what the fault was showing?

If you meant the gage drops to zero, the problem could be the fuel senders in one or both tanks. Did you replace the sending unit along with the siphon pump?
