What a great story!

Richard is a great guy and good friend. We sell 30-40 LMC5's a month. He is always there for my customers with technical support. The LMC5 is the best product on the market and the technical/customer support is the best on the market.

When we had our first Corvette in California, Richard made the trip to install the LMC5 in the car. Can't get better service than that.

YEP... Tried the CLB before my brain kicked in, and when CLB didn't work, bought the LMC5. Richard had me call him at install time.
Walked me right through it.
What an amazing experience with a company.

what an amazing story that really shows good character on how he would go to that extent to fix a customer car miles aways from home that what i called commitment and confidence that his product works

Richard had help me in the past when i was confuse on the install very great guy

I've got the colum lock problem on my 98 now and ordered the LMC5. Glad to hear all the positive responses. GM could take a few lessons from this guy.

You'd think between 8vette7 and Richard @ Compliance Part the dreaded column lock would have been eliminated by now...keep hammering away guys... you may get them all someday
