No resonance at cruise, aggressive sound on sunday drives at high rpms, and beast machine sound on Friday nights intimidating the ricers with the cutouts open. Isn't technology wonderful?
My .02, I would install towards the rear of the vehicle to reduce resonance. Also, I would not remove the cats, it will be plenty loud with cats in place. Sound is really good but only for weekend joy rides or at the track. I kept experimenting with exhaust systems going from loud to quieter tones. Now I have the best of both worlds. Typically, only takes less than a minute to uncap the cut-outs. You can buy them from summit for less than $20 a piece.
