transmission
car has been shifting perfect last night I drove it and it shifts great first to second and second to third but in third it acts like it is sliping and wont shift out of 3rd fluid level is good checked that any other ideas is a 4l60e

HOW did you refill it??? What procedure did you use??
If the transmission wasn't at Operating temp and the engine wasn't running when you refilled it,, it isn't properly FULL.

What DTCs are being displayed??
Sounds like a 3-4 clutch /band issue since other gears are acting OK.
Please post the PCM related DTCs. If you have lots, clear ALL AND REPORT WHAT COMES BACK.
