'98 automatic neutral safety switch

I've search the forums, but really can't find what I need.
First, where is the neutral safety switch located and I also need a wire diagram. I'm not getting 12v to the theft deterrent relay and need to troubleshoot back to the switch. I've got the console apart and there's 4 wires coming out the front. Are these what I'm looking for?

Thanks for the info and good to know where the switch is, as I need to take a look at it for another issue.
I did find my problem with starting was the theft deterrent relay, which AZ had in stock.

How difficult is the neutral safety switch to change on the automatic?
