AC Question
My 2002 C5 air conditioning just quit working. I found that the dashboard blower does not work for heat of air.
Update 7-28-15 ..... look for an old mouse nest in your blower fan.

Next step would be to check the blower itself to see if it is getting power or apply 12 volts and see if it runs. Could be a bad motor or controller board.

In this case, I'd turn ignition on, set blower speed to high, and measure voltage at the motor. Should be ~ 12 - 14 volts. No voltage, I'd be looking for a controller issue. Good voltage at the motor, but no rotation, I'd swap out the blower motor.
