Headlight Problem, need help
Alright guys so I have a 99 C5 and my headlights aren't turning off. The bulb is on at all times. Even at off position and when I turn off car, the stay up and on. I tried putting them on twilight so they can go down on their own and it's still not going down or turning off. The dash light turn off like they're supposed to when I flip it to off, but the headlight don't turn off or go down. When I go slowly and put them between and the middle part they'll actually go down and like they're supposed to but it's really tricky to get it there because It'll flick to either the middle where the dash lights turn on and hazard. Or go to off and they pop back up. Any idea what it can be? The other two clicks work it's just the off position that's not working. Please help.

I don't think the twilight will override the headlight if is it it stuck in the on position. If you can play with switch and get it to work then pretty good indication it is the problem.
