I did a search and found how to pull the codes. It said everything that has an H at the end is an old code that and is no longer an issue...right?
Then after it cycles through it says no codes, that means there are no current codes....right?
Now for my question. I get a service active handling pop up from time to time. I read that its probably a loose ground wire..right? Where do I look? I am a bit confused. Also when I get the service active handling message and the car sits for a few days, the horn goes off when I open the door. Thanks for your help.
The history and current codes come up at the same time, with either an H or a C after them. The test cycles through all the modules one at a time. When it's finished you can manually stop through and write down the codes, including the C or H. Basically the H means it happened before but is not current on this ignition cycle. IF you go to Google and search "pulling C5 codes, Corvette Forum", you'll get some threads you can use. Don't use the forum search, you'll get so much information about unrelated things that it's hard to use.
Sorry, I can't help with your other two problems, but the codes may have the answer to why they're happening.
