Default Radiator "shroud" thing...
Does this C5, plastic, shroud-ish piece connect to the top or the bottom of the radiator??

I'm pretty sure that piece goes in front of the radiator and the air cleaner box rests on top - soon I have to remove this piece and cut a hole in it for the flip-tie mod...

Yep....bolt it to the boom of the car. It's used to catch the falling oil droplets, scoop up debris, and create downforce to hold the car down while driving at high speeds.
