I don't understand you question. I will give you an answer that I THINK you want to have answered:

1. What modifications do you have done to the engine, air intake and exhaust?

2. What are your GOALS and why do you want to change the MAF?

3. What year C5 and model C5 LS1, LS6, Modded engine ect...

If you are changing the MAF on a relatively stock engine, its a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Your MAF in stock form has supported engines making 500HP.

NOTE! Your MAF has a screen. If you remove that screen you will significantly alter the air flow through the MAF and it will detune the PCM. It will effect the drivability and efficiency of the engine. DONT!

Are you trying to increase the performance eof the engine??

I have an 02 ZO6 making 450 RWHP with a STOCK MAF. Note.. The ZO6 MAF comes from the factory without a screen BUT, the PCM is factory tuned to not have a MAF Screen.

Pretty good numbers for those mods. NOTE! Your PCM has been tuned with that MAF. So, no gains going with another MAF if yours is working properly.

I added stainless works headers, High Flow Cats, ported TB and a vararam. Had it tuned. It netted 390 RWHP. Ide say, you are at if not above the NORM of those Mods.

I did a ported heads, cam and ported fast 90 install.. Im at 450 RWHP now.
