Targa Top Crack
Driving around a truck I heard a pop and didn't think much about it. When I got home, I noticed a crack in my Targa top. It's the tinted one and the crack is 2 1/2 inches long and its perpendicular from the edge of the top on passenger side. Can this be repaired? If not than where is an affordable place to get a replacement. OBTW, if you take your finger nail and go across the crack you can feel it in the top and bottom. Hope you can help.

Vendors like Mid-America offers a refurbished top - cost is about $900 and you have to send in a core frame that is in workable and non-damaged condition. Another option would be to find a used top for sale in the parts for sale section - preferably one that is within driving distance so you do not have to have it shipped to you.
