Default HVAC Code Help

I have the dual climate system in my 98. The passenger side is blowing hot while the driver side is cool. I'm getting B0363 H Left Actuator Feedback Open and B0446 Right Actuator Out of Range HVAC codes. Do I need to replace both Actuators? Any help is appreciated.

Works in many cases but NOT all....... Please post back your results..
I tried it and this is where it gets weird. Cleared codes, r & r the fuse, started it up and was still blowing warm on passenger side. Shut it off, checked the codes again and got a third code "B0441 Left Actuator Out of Range." Cleared again without removing the fuse, started it up, ran A/C and it still warm on passenger side but NO CODES. Did this several more times with the same results but still no codes. ???
