what is "normal" oil pressure range ?
I added one quart of Mobil 10w30w. I noticed my cruising (50-70mph) oil pressure was 50. As I recall my prior pressure was always about 40-43. What is the normal oil pressure at 1700 to 2000 rpm (?) and if mine has increased (?) could that be result of mixing 10w30w with 5w30w? -- thanks.

Hi Dave: Mixing the oil probably had no real effect. My car usually runs 50+ until it warms up and then it drops back to 40 lbs and stays there at highway speeds. :)
