fast vibration after alignment

and wheel balance on my 97, biggest change to the front was adjusting the castor back to 6.3, it was 7.5, now I have a real fast vibration that I can feel in the gas pedal, any ideas? the balance on the front wheels were off only .5 oz

Lowering caster would reduce a vibration due to caster being too high. Was there a vibration before having all this done?

no, the mechanic asked me about the vibration after he test drove it, and I had not noticed it until I drove it home.

it could be the drive train, I noticed when it shifted up and the rmps went down so did the buzz like vibration, so don`t know where to go next

See if you have the vibration with the clutch in or while in neutral. If it changes, then it's more likely drivetrain related. Also see if it changes while you're on the brakes on the highway.
