OK, as I understand you cannot lock the door using the switch or the manual handle. That would tend to tell me the issue is at the lock itself. You need to access it and first figure out why the mechanical interface does not work.

Well, it's actually the power lock function is not working.
Manually, everything works fine.
When you hit lock/unlock, you hear the DCM making a click, but no result.

Probably the motor in the actuator. You can jumper 12 volts to it and see if it works. If it works one way it will work the other way. The module just changes the polarity to the motor. That would tell us if it is a relay(s) in the module or a wiring issue between the two.
