which throttle body do I need?
So just picked up a 99 c5 to put my built ls2 into. I was about to put it into a truck, so it currently has a 92mm cable actuated throttle body on it. The corvette is drive by wire, so what throttle body can I get to use on it? One for an ls2 or one for an ls3, or will either one plug into the factory harness? All the 92mm ls1 throttle bodies I'm finding are all cable operated because I'm assuming they're for camaro/trans am.
I'm running ls3 heads and an ls3 intake but it's my understanding that the ls2 throttle body will bolt up to the intake since the size and bolt pattern should be the same.

You'll need an LS2 TB. The blade opens differently on the LS3. You'll also need a harness adapter for the LS2 TB to plug into the C5 LS1 connector. And yes, you're correct. The LS2 and LS3 TBs share the same bolt pattern. It'll bolt right on.
