Mine appears to just spin, will pick up a new one. Any tips on removing the old one? Do I look for a slot for the 1/4 turn mark? Can it be wiggled out with a needle nose pliers or are there threads?
Looked at a lot of the old posts but not sure how to remove a bad one without damaging anything.
I did brush off rad while under there which was full of pebbles, leaves, cig butts, etc. up at the top.

I had something similar happen to me with the stock radiator and what I did was insert a locking extension into the slot to pull the plug out when it was loose... mine was not broke but I had a hard time getting the plug to come out to allow the coolant to drain... I'm not sure if this will work in your case but you might give it a shot
