suspension upgrade need help

hello guys

i have a 2001 c5 coupe i been looking into buying some suspension parts. car sees more street then track (drag strip) . my question is wat do u guys recommend to go with coil overs an get rid of the leaf springs or drag shocks . car is not a daily driver an am on a budget

best bang for the buck guys let me kno wat u guys think ,an car has full exhaust ,cam,ls6 manifold an cold air intake an pushing around 420rwhp give or take

It sounds like your goal is mostly to have a solid rear for drag?

For a budget build, coil overs should be out of the question.

Just beef up what you have. Add a good used C5 ZO6 spring and swaybar with some C6 ZO6 Shocks....

OR

Get some WIDE rims and tires and go for the C6 ZO6 Suspension. There CHEEP on the parts for sale and will put a SMILE on your face and a new step in your suspension..!!

Thank you for the referral. We do recommend the C6 Z51 sway bars along with the C6 Z06 shocks for the C5's.

upgrade to Z06 springs and a thicker tunnel plate as well as the obvious shocks and sway bars. It will make a huge difference
