Default TDR Car not starting help

Hello. I have a 2002 Z06 that I just got the other day. Car was fine for first two days then I took it for a car wash and then parked it. This morning I woke up and car wouldn't start. After a lot of reading this forum I figured out it is the TDR. My passenger floor was wet and I noticed some dried water spots on the bcm. I had someone jump the purple and red wire while I turned the ignition and the car started.

I don't see any damage on either side of the relay but obviously something must be wrong. My question is now what do i have to replace? How do I get the female part disconnected from the car?

Thanks.

All good ideas from Chuck.

Be careful inside the BCM. Make sure you don't have any static electricity on you, You could fry a chip in there.

Thanks guys. So I bought a new relay this morning and it started right up. That was the culprit. I will now clean out all the clogged areas and check for leaks. Thanks again. Glad it was a cheap fix.

Make sure you get the AC drain udder too. PITA to get to but you don't want it to cause an issue when hot weather hits again. Even Defroster will run the AC.

Get that carpet dry, pull it out if you need to. Mildew is NOT your friend.

Also you will need to make sure that the leakage was not from another source as it has happened to many people here.

Hoping it was just the TDR.

Ok thanks. Yeah I did have the defroster on a little so I'll have to check that out too.

So I cleaned out all of the udders in the car and only 1 was actually clogged the rest were fine. I had the shop that changed my oil the other day check that tube behind the battery when they had it on the lift and they said it was clear.

I did a manual car wash last week and it didnt leak.

So I was hoping it was that one udder that was clogged and took it for a car wash today and kept the floor panel off so I can see if it was leaking and it did. It was dripping down from right above the relay that got damaged before.

When I pulled out of the car wash I can hear water swishing all around from somewhere. Then I parked in the garage and water was pouring out from under the car on the front pass side right by the front passenger wheel. I have no idea where this leak is coming from. Any help will be great, thanks.
