Got the car out since it was warm on Thursday. First left-hand turn the signal started flashing rapidly (the usual indicator of a burnt out bulb). Sure enough, the front right bulb wasn't flashing. Went to replace the bulb today, but noticed that with the parking lights on, the bulb was lit. With the hazards on, the other 3 corners flash at normal speed, but RF bulb still wasn't working.
So, is this the infamous hazard switch, or the multifunction switch, or something else? Thanks!
I suggest that you simply have a bad bulb with one of the two elements bad. The turn signals have two elements in the bulb. One for parking/headlights on and a second for the signal function.
Thanks! I'll replace the bulb in the morning and see if that fixes it.
Edit: Yep, that fixed it. Didn't realize it was a dual-filament bulb. Thanks again!
