Front Sway bar not staying centered?

Front Sway bar not staying centered?
I have the Hotchkis bars on my car and noticed that the front one doesn't "settle" centered.
The rear bar came with clamps to hold it in place. The front one didn't. We centered it a month ago and I was under it yesterday and it has shifted about an inch to 1 1/2 inches off center.
Is this a problem??? Any way to fix if it is???
