Is there a replacement bulb for the OEM headlight bulbs that will provide more light using the existing housing and wires? Also, what have people found to be the best tire pressure for everyday driving for a C5 coupe? I live in Florida and presently have the pressure at 32 lbs. all around. thanks
Xenon plasma bulbs available in the mall have a reasonable rep considering they are pretty cheap. I have a set, but haven't put them in yet. However, they received pretty good reviews when I asked around.
Cold, I'm at 30lbs.
Oh by the way, welcome
Yup...Right in your owner's manual. It really is very good.
BTW...I didn't need to remove the top cover at all. The black plastic
lens surround came off easily.
I would suggest you remove the headlight motor fuses after
opening the headlights. Just a safety thing.
Also, I installed the XENON higher wattage low beams and
my impression is that though they appear brighter looking
at them (because they're whiter), I don't believe they light the
road any better than the factory bulbs.
