I've owned this 1999 FRC for about 2 weeks. Walked outside this morning after a rain and the passenger side floor is SOAKED! Reached out to seller (via text) with no reply. Any ideas? Simple fix or major issue?
Thanks
You need to remove the seat and the carpet. Get the carpet all nice and clean and properly dry it. While its out, wet down the car in sections. START LOW and give the water plenty of time to leak inside.
Have someone inside with a flashlight look for water intrusion while you wet the car down.
FRCs have a BAD habit of leaking at the joint where the roof, windshield and the A Piller all come together. The sealing compound gets hard and shrinks. The water runs in and down the A pillar.
