Default Dash lights flicker, windows intermittent?
My C5 dash lights go on and off, ABS, CEL, etc. Power windows stop working when dash is flickering. Then everything is fine. This happens all the time.

Sounds like it could be a ground problem. Check and clean them. There is a diagram here as to where they are located.

I am not an expert, maybe one can chime in.

If i am not mistaken, a firmware update to your PCM may help.
