Default Elite Engineering Catch can for forced induction engine

I'm studying whether to install a catch can ("CC") in my C5...the engine is modified: LT headers, AFR 210 heads, a "blower" cam and Vortech supercharger (sold by A&A).

Elite Engineering's website discloses three different CCs that would fit my C5:
Their "original" CC at $159.50
Their "second Generation" CC - the E2 model - at $175
Their E2-X model at $315.

Regarding the E2X model, Elite's website states:
"You...have the option of choosing the number of Exit Ports your Catch Can will have. Most applications will only require (1) one 1/4" Female NPT Exit Port, but you can choose to have (2) two 1/4" Female NPT Exit Ports for Forced Induction set-ups."

Given my set-up, I have the following questions:
1. Do I even NEED a catch can?
2. If I settle on Elite Engineering's product (which many Forum members say is their preferred unit), which of those three CCs would best fit my situation.

I can call Elite, but my suspicion is they'd try to sell me the most expensive one (the E2-X at $315). So...

Right now I'm really confused.

Opinions please.

The Lizzard
